*Individuals may be counted in more than one week due to the overlap of the quarantine period from one week to another.

Massachusetts Travel Form

All individuals over the age of 18 and unaccompanied minors entering Massachusetts, who are not coming from a COVID lower-risk state and do not fall within certain, limited exemptions, must complete this form upon or prior to entry to the state.

At the school committee meeting of August 26, 2020, the Committee voted to approve an adjustment to the reentry plan.

  • Prek/Preschool students – Full in person
  • Kindergarten students – Full in Person
  • Grade One students – Full in person
  • Grade Two students – Hybrid NOW IS FULL IN PERSON
  • Grades Three – four  – Remote NOW FULL IN PERSON
  • Grades Five – Six – REMOTE WILL BE FULL IN PERSON 10/26
  • Grades 7 to 12 – REMOTE

Please note, this is the plan to begin the school year, with the intention to pivot to more in-person learning opportunities as quickly as possible.  We will continue to provide updates as information becomes available.

The Fall Learning Plan presents comprehensive information about the entry efforts in accordance with DESE’s guidelines.  This is a good resource for you, but please look to the updated information for more current information and adjustments to the plan based on new information we are receiving weekly.
